Veränderungen im LIA-Vorstand
Liebes LIA-Mitglied
Der LIA-Vorstand hat sich an der diesjährigen Retraite intensiv mit den zukünftigen Aufgaben der LIA, aber auch mit der eigenen Struktur und Aufgabenteilung befasst.
In diesem Zusammenhang gibt es drei personelle Veränderungen:
- Leider hat sich Silja Höfer bereits im Frühjahr entschlossen, den Vorstand ein gutes Jahr nach ihrer Wahl aus persönlichen Gründen wieder zu verlassen. Sie hat sich im letzten Jahr intensiv mit der Weiterentwicklung der LIA-Kommunikation befasst, eine Mitglieder-Umfrage durchgeführt und den Pool von Unterstützern (“Helferpool”) aufgebaut. Im Frühjahr 2019 hat sie Instructors im Bereich Marketing weitergebildet. Wir bedanken uns bei Silja für die geleistete Arbeit.
- Johannes Lauterbach, ein vielseitiger Coach und ehemaliger Radiomoderator aus Berlin, wird sich in den Bereich LIA-Kommunikation einarbeiten und uns primär bei der Redaktion solcher NewsFlashs und Informationen tatkräftig unterstützen. Er ist seit zwei Jahren zur Logosynthese-Community gestossen und seit einem Jahr sehr aktiver Practitioner.
- Monika Koller Schinca, als erfolgreiche Coach und Trainerin in Luzern tätig, ist seit vier Jahren bei der LIA, seit zwei Jahren als Master Practitioner. Sie hat den Verein bereits als Rechnungsrevisorin tatkräftig unterstützt und übernimmt jetzt den neuen Bereich “Events”. Ziel ist es, im Jahr 2021 eine größere LIA-Veranstaltung zu organisieren.
Wir heissen Monika und Johannes bereits heute im “erweiterten Vorstand” herzlich willkommen und freuen uns auf die Zusammenarbeit; die offizielle Wahl (und eine ausführliche Vorstellung) der beiden soll es dann bei der GV 2020 geben.

Changes in the LIA Board
Dear LIA member
At this year’s annual retreat, the LIA Board worked intensively on planning our future tasks, as well as the structure and division of these tasks. We would like to inform you about the following personnel changes:
- Unfortunately, Silja Höfer already decided in spring this year to leave the board for personal reasons a year after her election. Last year she worked intensively with the further development of LIA communication, conducted a member survey and built up the pool of LIA supporters (“helpers pool”). In spring 2019 she also trained instructors in marketing. We would like to thank Silja for all the work she has done.
- Johannes Lauterbach, a versatile coach and former radio presenter from Berlin, will be familiarising himself with the field of LIA communication. He will be supporting us primarily with the editing of the NewsFlash and compiling the information. He joined the Logosynthesis community two years ago and has been a very active practitioner over the past year.
- Monika Koller Schinca, a successful coach and trainer in Lucerne, has been with LIA for four years and a Master Practitioner for two years. She has already actively supported the association as an auditor and is now taking over the new “Events” division. The goal is to organise a larger LIA event in 2021.
We warmly welcome Monika and Johannes to the “extended board” and look forward to their cooperation in the future; the official election (and a detailed presentation) by both new members will take place at the LIA general assembly in 2020.

Changements au sein du conseil de la LIA
Cher membre,
Lors de notre retraite annuel, le conseil d’administration de la LIA s’est intéressé de façon intensive aux futures activités de la LIA, mais aussi à sa propre structure et aux répartitions des tâches.
Dans ce contexte, trois changements interviennent :
- Silja Höfer qui avait, déjà malheureusement annoncé au printemps, son souhait de quitter le conseil d’administration, un an après son élection et ce, pour des raisons personnelles. L’année dernière, elle s’est particulièrement occupée du développement de la communication de la LIA. Elle a mené une enquête auprès des membres et a constitué le pool de supporters. Au printemps 2019, elle a formé des instructeurs en marketing. Nous remercions Silja pour tout le travail qu’elle a accompli.
- Johannes Lauterbach, coach polyvalent et ancien présentateur radio berlinois, se familiarisera avec la communication au sein de la LIA. Il nous soutiendra activement dans la rédaction de ces NewsFlashs et toutes autres informations. Il a rejoint la communauté Logosynthèse il y a deux ans. Il est un praticien très actif depuis un an maintenant.
- Monika Koller Schinca, coach et formatrice à Lucerne, est membre de la LIA depuis quatre ans. Elle est Master Practicienne depuis deux ans. Elle a déjà activement soutenu l’association en tant que réviseur des comptes et prend en charge la nouvelle division “Events”. L’objectif est d’organiser un événement LIA de plus grande dimension en 2021.
Nous accueillons chaleureusement Monika et Johannes dès aujourd’hui dans le “conseil d’administration élargi” et nous nous réjouissons de cette coopération ; l’élection officielle (et une présentation détaillée) des deux membres devrait alors avoir lieu à l’assemblée générale de 2020.

Caro socio della LIA
Al ritiro annuale di quest’anno, il consiglio di amministrazione della LIA ha lavorato intensamente alla pianificazione dei nostri compiti futuri, nonché alla struttura e alla divisione di tali compiti.
Desideriamo informarti delle seguenti modifiche al personale:
- Sfortunatamente, Silja Höfer aveva già deciso nella primavera di quest’anno di lasciare il consiglio per motivi personali un anno dopo la sua elezione. L’anno scorso ha lavorato intensamente per l’ulteriore sviluppo della comunicazione di LIA, ha condotto un sondaggio tra i soci e creato il pool di sostenitori LIA (“pool di aiutanti”). Nella primavera del 2019 ha anche formato istruttori di marketing. Vorremmo ringraziare Silja per tutto il lavoro che ha svolto.
- Johannes Lauterbach, un coach versatile ed ex presentatore radiofonico di Berlino, acquisirà familiarità con il campo della comunicazione LIA. Ci supporterà principalmente con l’editing delle NewsFlash e la compilazione delle informazioni. È entrato a far parte della comunità di Logosintesi due anni fa ed è stato un operatore molto attivo nell’ultimo anno.
- Monika Koller Schinca, coach e formatrice di successo a Lucerna, è in LIA da quattro anni e Master Practitioner da due anni. Ha già supportato attivamente l’associazione come revisore contabile e ora sta rilevando la nuova divisione “Eventi”. L’obiettivo è organizzare un grande evento LIA nel 2021.
Diamo un cordiale benvenuto a Monika e Johannes nel “consiglio allargato” e attendiamo con impazienza la loro collaborazione in futuro; le elezioni ufficiali (e una presentazione dettagliata) di entrambi i nuovi membri si terranno all’assemblea generale della LIA nel 2020.
