Ein LIA-Update von unserer Präsidentin Regina Thiergardt
Die Vision der LIA nimmt Gestalt an: eine lebendige globale Gemeinschaft, in der Menschen ihr Potenzial entfalten, ihre Mission leben und gemeinsam etwas bewirken.
Im Mittelpunkt dieser Vision steht unsere globale Gemeinschaft – und ihr, unsere Mitglieder. Indem wir uns miteinander verbinden, unser Wissen teilen und Möglichkeiten schaffen, uns einzubringen, können wir gemeinsam wachsen und aufblühen.
Unsere digitale Infrastruktur spielt eine wichtige Rolle dabei, diese wachsende internationale Gemeinschaft zu unterstützen. In diesem Jahr haben wir mit der Neugestaltung unserer LIA-Website begonnen, um unsere neue Markenidentität widerzuspiegeln. Und während wir verschiedene Vorschläge geprüft haben, ist etwas Spannendes entstanden:
“Eine Gelegenheit, zu erkunden, was unser LIA Village werden könnte – und über eine reine Website hinauszudenken.“

LIA wird immer internationaler
Logosynthesis® erreicht immer mehr Länder und Gemeinschaften auf der ganzen Welt. Hinter diesem Wachstum stehen Menschen, die die Initiative ergreifen, das Modell vor Ort bekannt zu machen und weiterzuentwickeln. Hier teilen drei Pioniere ihre Vision und ihren Weg.
Ich bin Uros Rajakovic, Psychotherapeut in Serbien und auf dem Weg zum Master Practitioner in Logosynthese®. Logosynthese® in unserer Region einzuführen, war eine zutiefst transformative Reise, die durch die wertvolle Unterstützung, Begleitung und Supervision internationaler Trainer im vergangenen Jahrzehnt möglich wurde. Meine Arbeit und das Wachstum unserer lokalen Gemeinschaft wären ohne meine engagierten Kollegen, deren Hingabe und Unterstützung ich in unserer täglichen Arbeit spüre, nicht vorstellbar.
Gemeinsam haben wir eine vertrauenswürdige Grundlage geschaffen, die Klient:innen eine sanfte, strukturierte und wirksame Möglichkeit bietet, mit traumatischen Erfahrungen zu arbeiten und ihre lebenswichtige Energie wieder freizusetzen. Mein Ziel ist es, dieses unterstützende Netzwerk in der Region durch Workshops, die Unterstützung bei Seminaren und die Zertifizierung von Praktizierenden weiter auszubauen. Letztlich möchten wir, dass Logosynthese® in Serbien und darüber hinaus als ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz für Heilung und tiefgreifende persönliche Entwicklung anerkannt wird.
Ich bin Débora Gionotto und freue mich sehr, zu den Pionier zu gehören, die Logosynthese® nach Brasilien bringen. Als Psychoanalytikerin integriere ich Logosynthese® in meine klinische Arbeit, insbesondere in der Begleitung von Klient:innen mit Ängsten, emotionaler Belastung und wiederkehrenden Mustern. Dabei habe ich bereits selbst das transformative Potenzial dieses Ansatzes in der Praxis erfahren.
Mein Ziel ist es, Logosynthese® in Brasilien zunehmend bekannt und zugänglich zu machen und dabei die Tiefe, Ethik und Qualität des Modells zu bewahren. Gleichzeitig möchte ich Möglichkeiten für Workshops und Basisausbildungen in verschiedenen Regionen des Landes schaffen.
Ich glaube, wenn wir an uns selbst arbeiten und das heilen, was geheilt werden möchte, können wir bewusster werden und unsere innere Energie verändert sich. Dies kann wiederum einen positiven Einfluss auf die Menschen um uns herum haben.
Das ist einer der Gründe, warum ich diese Arbeit so liebe: Es geht nicht nur darum, uns selbst zu heilen, sondern auch darum, uns zu verändern und bewusster zu werden. Und wenn unser Bewusstsein wächst, können wir auch anderen helfen, ihr Bewusstsein zu erweitern.
Ich bin Alan Rojas Yacolca, integrativer Therapeut mit Sitz in Lima, Peru, und arbeite mit Klient:innen in Amerika und Europa. Logosynthese® ist zu einem zentralen Bestandteil meiner Arbeit geworden: Es ermöglicht schnelle Erleichterung und tiefgreifende Veränderung – und das auf mühelose Weise, sowohl in meinem eigenen Leben als auch in meiner Arbeit mit Klient:innen.
Als Gründer und Leiter des Andes Institute biete ich Webinare, Programme und einen vollständigen Ausbildungsweg an, der vollständig auf dem Modell basiert. Mein Ziel ist es, Peru zur ersten spanischsprachigen Ausbildungsstätte für Logosynthese® zu machen und damit spanischsprachigen Fachpersonen in ganz Lateinamerika die Möglichkeit zu eröffnen, Logosynthese® kennenzulernen und zu erlernen.
Im Oktober gehe ich auf diesem Weg einen konkreten nächsten Schritt: Gemeinsam mit Shanda veranstalte ich ein Basic Seminar, welches ich – als Teil meiner Entwicklung auf dem Weg zum zertifizierten LIA Trainer – co-leiten werde.
Es ist ein echtes Privileg und eine grosse Ehre, dazu beizutragen, die Logosynthese® in der spanischsprachigen Region weiterzuverbreiten. Denn dies entspricht meiner tiefsten Mission: Ich bin hier, um zu heilen und zu wachsen.
Und ich habe erkannt, dass ich dieser Mission am besten dienen kann, indem ich andere Fachpersonen, Therapeut, Berater und Coaches weiterbilde, die wiederum viele weitere Menschen erreichen können – weit mehr, als ich es allein jemals könnte.

Im Namen der LIA Logosynthesis® International Association danken wir Alan Rojas Yacolca aus Lima, Peru, herzlich für seinen Einsatz als Chair of Local Organizations und als Mitglied des Board of Trustees.
Alan übernahm diese Aufgabe im Jahr 2023, zu einem wichtigen Zeitpunkt in der Entwicklung der Governance-Struktur der LIA. Seine Amtszeit fiel in die frühe Entwicklung der englischsprachigen Ebene des Board of Trustees, die parallel zum deutschsprachigen Board of Directors eingerichtet wurde, das die Association seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 2014 geleitet hatte. Mit seiner lebendigen, einfühlsamen und ganz persönlichen Art, mit Menschen in Verbindung zu treten, hat Alan die Rolle und ihren möglichen Beitrag zu einer wachsenden internationalen Gemeinschaft mitgeprägt.
Als Chair of Local Organizations brachte Alan Energie, Verbindung und ein echtes Engagement für die Entwicklung von Logosynthese®-Gemeinschaften auf der ganzen Welt ein. Er unterstützte bestehende lokale Organisationen in den Niederlanden, Italien und Großbritannien und trug gleichzeitig zur Gründung und Entwicklung lebendiger neuer Chapters in Serbien und Frankreich bei. Bei dieser Arbeit geht es um weit mehr als organisatorische Strukturen. Lokale Organisationen schaffen Möglichkeiten für Praktizierende und Mitglieder, sich zu treffen, zu lernen, Erfahrungen auszutauschen und Logosynthese® in ihre eigenen Gemeinschaften zu tragen. Alan erkannte auch die Bedeutung internationaler Vernetzung.
Vor sieben Jahren war er an der gemeinsamen Entwicklung des Logosynthesis® Day beteiligt, der inzwischen zu einer jährlichen Gelegenheit für unsere internationale Gemeinschaft geworden ist, zusammenzukommen.
Wir sind dankbar für die Zeit, die Gedanken, die Ermutigung und die Führung, die Alan der LIA in den vergangenen drei Jahren geschenkt hat. Sein Beitrag hat dazu beigetragen, die Verbindungen zwischen der internationalen Association und den Menschen zu stärken, die Logosynthese® in ihren eigenen Ländern und Gemeinschaften mit Leben erfüllen.
Wir wünschen Alan für sein weiteres berufliches Studium alles Gute und freuen uns auf seinen weiteren Beitrag und seine Verbindung mit uns allen.

Einladung zur Mitwirkung! Positionen im LIA-Vorstand
Während LIA als internationale Gemeinschaft weiter wächst und sich entwickelt, suchen wir Mitglieder, die ihre Erfahrung, ihre Ideen und ihre Energie in das LIA Board of Directors einbringen möchten.
Derzeit gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:
Social Media Chair
Hilf dabei, die Präsenz der LIA und die Verbindung zu unserer grösseren Gemeinschaft über soziale Medien und digitale Kommunikation zu stärken.
Events Chair
Hilf dabei, Veranstaltungen zu entwickeln und zu koordinieren, die unsere internationale Gemeinschaft zusammenbringen – mit Möglichkeiten zum Lernen, zur Vernetzung und zum Austausch über Logosynthese®.
Beide Positionen sind deutschsprachige Funktionen im Board of Directors. Englisch und/oder weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil, insbesondere aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung der LIA und unserer mehrsprachigen Gemeinschaft.

KI-Kennzeichnungspflicht ab 2. August 2026
Am 2. August 2026 wird Artikel 50 des EU AI Act wirksam. Damit gelten neue Transparenzpflichten für bestimmte Inhalte, die mit künstlicher Intelligenz erstellt oder wesentlich verändert wurden. Dies betrifft auch Logosynthese-Fachkräfte, die KI für ihre berufliche Kommunikation, Werbung oder Ausbildungsmaterialien nutzen.
Eine Kennzeichnung ist insbesondere dann relevant, wenn KI-generierte oder veränderte Bilder, Videos oder Audiodateien real wirken und mit echten Personen, Orten, Ereignissen oder Situationen verwechselt werden könnten. Dazu gehören beispielsweise:
• realistisch wirkende Bilder von Klienten oder Sitzungen
• KI-generierte Testimonial-Videos
• künstlich erstellte Ausbildungs- oder Seminarszenen
• wesentlich veränderte Audio- oder Videoaufnahmen
Offensichtlich symbolische oder illustrative Darstellungen, abstrakte Grafiken, erkennbare Icons sowie einfache Rechtschreibkorrekturen oder technische Bildoptimierungen sind in der Regel nicht kennzeichnungspflichtig.
Auch bei KI-generierten Texten kann eine Kennzeichnung erforderlich sein, wenn diese die Öffentlichkeit über Themen von öffentlichem Interesse informieren. Reine Werbung, Kursbeschreibungen und unterhaltende Inhalte fallen grundsätzlich nicht darunter. Bei fachlichen Erklärtexten empfiehlt es sich jedoch, die Kennzeichnungspflicht sorgfältig zu prüfen.
Wie wird korrekt gekennzeichnet?
Der Hinweis muss unmittelbar erkennbar sein. Übliche Formulierungen sind beispielsweise:
„AI-generated“
„Created with AI“
„AI-altered“
Bei Bildern sollte der Hinweis möglichst direkt im Bild stehen. Bei Videos gehört er an den Anfang und bei längeren Formaten gegebenenfalls zusätzlich in den weiteren Verlauf. Bei Audioinhalten muss der Hinweis hörbar sein.
Für ältere Inhalte besteht grundsätzlich keine rückwirkende Kennzeichnungspflicht. Entscheidend sind je nach Medium der Zeitpunkt der Erstellung und bei Texten zusätzlich der Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung.
Wichtig bleibt: Eine KI-Kennzeichnung ersetzt keine Prüfung der Urheberrechte, Persönlichkeitsrechte, Datenschutzbestimmungen oder berufsrechtlichen Vorgaben. Besonders bei Testimonial-Inhalten und der Darstellung von Klienten ist weiterhin grosse Sorgfalt erforderlich.

Jede und jeder von uns kann einen wertvollen Beitrag leisten, indem er sich an der 7. jährlichen Feier des Modells beteiligt. Wir wissen nicht immer, wen oder wo unsere Wirkung erreicht – und doch sind wir durch Live-Online-Präsentationen (die auch als YouTube-Aufzeichnungen zur Verfügung gestellt werden) nicht nur eine einzelne Stimme, sondern ein gemeinsames, getragenes Feld.

Our digital infrastructure plays a key role in supporting this growing international community. This year, we began redesigning our LIA website to reflect our new brand identity. And as we explored different proposals, something exciting emerged:

LIA Goes International
Logosynthesis is reaching more countries and communities around the world. Behind this growth are people who are taking the initiative to introduce and develop the model locally. Here, three pioneers share their vision and their journey.
I’m Uros Rajakovic, a psychotherapist in Serbia and on my way to becoming a Master Practitioner in Logosynthesis. Introducing Logosynthesis to our region has been a profoundly transformative journey, made possible by the invaluable support, mentorship, and supervision we have received from international trainers over the past decade. My work and the growth of our local community are unimaginable without my enthusiastic colleagues, whose shared dedication and peer support drive our daily efforts.
Together, we have created a compassionate foundation that offers a gentle, structured, and effective way for clients to process trauma and restore vital energy. My goal is to keep expanding this supportive network across the region through workshops, seminar assistance, and practitioner certification. Ultimately, we envision Logosynthesis becoming a widely recognized approach for holistic healing and deep personal growth throughout Serbia and beyond.
I am Débora Gionotto and I’m very happy to to be one of the pioneers bringing Logosynthesis to Brazil. As a psychoanalyst, I integrate Logosynthesis into my clinical work, particularly with clients dealing with anxiety, emotional distress, and recurring patterns, and I have already experienced its transformative potential in practice.
My goal is to make Logosynthesis increasingly known and accessible in Brazil, while preserving the depth, ethics, and quality of the method, and to create opportunities for workshops and basic training in different regions of the country.
I believe that when we work on ourselves and heal what needs to be healed, we become more conscious and our inner energy changes, which can positively influence the people around us.
This is one of the reasons I love this work: it is not only about healing ourselves, but about transforming and becoming more conscious. And as our consciousness expands, we can help others expand theirs as well.
I’m Alan Rojas Yacolca, an integrative therapist based in Lima, Peru, serving clients across America and Europe. Logosynthesis has become central to how I work: it delivers fast relief, deep change, and it does so effortlessly, both in my own life and in my work with clients. As founder and director of the Andes Institute, I deliver webinars, programs, and a full training pathway built entirely on the model, with the aim of making Peru the first Spanish-language training pipeline for Logosynthesis and opening the door for Spanish-speaking professionals across Latin America to discover and learn it. This October I take a concrete step on that path: co-training the Basic Seminar alongside Shanda as part of my development toward becoming a certified LIA Trainer. It’s a true privilege and honor to help lead the spread of Logosynthesis in the Spanish-speaking region, because it aligns with my deepest mission: I am here to heal and grow. And I’ve come to see that the greatest way to serve that mission is by training other professionals, therapists, counsellors, and coaches, who each go on to reach many more people than I ever could alone.

On behalf of the Logosynthesis® International Association, we extend our sincere thanks to Alan Rojas Yacolca for his service as Chair of Local Organizations and as a member of the Board of Trustees.
Alan took on the role in 2023, at an important point in the development of LIA’s governance. His term marked the early development of the English-speaking Board of Trustees governance level, established alongside the German-speaking Board of Directors that had guided the Association since its founding in 2014. With his vibrant, compassionate, and distinctly personal way of connecting with people, Alan helped shape the role and what it could contribute to a growing international community.
As Chair of Local Organizations, Alan brought energy, connection, and a genuine commitment to supporting the development of Logosynthesis® communities around the world. He supported established local organizations in the Netherlands, Italy, and the UK, while also contributing to the formation and development of vibrant new Chapters in Serbia and France.
This work is about much more than organizational structures. Local organizations create opportunities for practitioners and members to meet, learn, share experiences, and bring Logosynthesis® into their own communities. Alan also understood the importance of international connection. Seven years ago, he was part of the co-creation of Logosynthesis® Day, which has now become an annual opportunity for our international community to come together.
We are grateful for the time, thought, encouragement, and leadership Alan has given to LIA over the past three years. His contribution has helped strengthen the connections between the international Association and the people bringing Logosynthesis® to life in their own countries and communities.
We wish Alan all the best as he continues his professional studies, and we look forward to his continued contribution and connection with all of us.

Invitation to get involved! LIA Board of Directors Positions
As LIA continues to grow and develop as an international community, we are looking for members who would like to contribute their experience, ideas, and energy to the LIA Board of Directors.
We currently have two opportunities:
Social Media Chair
Help strengthen LIA’s presence and connection with our wider community through social media and digital communication.
Events Chair
Help develop and coordinate events that bring our international community together, including opportunities for learning, connection, and sharing Logosynthesis.
Both positions are German-speaking Board of Director roles. English and/or other languages are an asset, particularly given the international nature of LIA and our multilingual community.

AI Labelling Requirements from 2 August 2026
Article 50 of the EU AI Act will become applicable on 2 August 2026. This introduces new transparency requirements for certain content created or substantially altered using artificial intelligence. These requirements also affect Logosynthesis professionals who use AI for their professional communication, advertising, or training materials.
Labelling is particularly relevant when AI-generated or altered images, videos, or audio recordings appear realistic and could be mistaken for real people, places, events, or situations. Examples include:
• realistic-looking images of clients or sessions
• AI-generated testimonial videos
• artificially created training or seminar scenarios
• substantially altered audio or video recordings
Clearly symbolic or illustrative representations, abstract graphics, recognizable icons, simple spelling corrections, and technical image optimization are generally not subject to labelling requirements.
AI-generated texts may also require labelling if they inform the public about matters of public interest. Advertising, course descriptions, and entertainment content are generally not covered. However, for professional explanatory texts, it is advisable to carefully assess whether labelling is required.
How should content be labelled correctly?
The notice must be immediately recognizable. Common wording includes:
“AI-generated”
“Created with AI”
“AI-altered”
For images, the notice should preferably be placed directly within the image. For videos, it should appear at the beginning and, for longer formats, may need to be repeated during the video. For audio content, the notice must be audible.
In principle, there is no retroactive labelling requirement for older content. Depending on the medium, the relevant factor is the date on which the content was created and, for texts, also the date on which it was published.
It is important to note that AI labelling does not replace the need to assess copyright, personality rights, data protection requirements, or professional regulations. Particular care is still required when using testimonials or depicting clients.

Introduire la Logosynthèse® dans notre région a été un parcours profondément transformateur, rendu possible grâce au soutien précieux, au mentorat et à la supervision que nous avons reçus de formateurs internationaux au cours de la dernière décennie. Mon travail et le développement de notre communauté locale seraient inimaginables sans mes collègues enthousiastes, dont l’engagement commun et le soutien entre pairs nourrissent nos efforts au quotidien.
Ensemble, nous avons créé une base bienveillante qui offre aux clients une manière douce, structurée et efficace de travailler avec les traumatismes et de retrouver leur énergie vitale. Mon objectif est de continuer à développer ce réseau de soutien dans toute la région grâce à des ateliers, à l’accompagnement de séminaires et à la certification de praticiens. À terme, nous souhaitons que la Logosynthèse® devienne une approche largement reconnue pour favoriser la guérison holistique et un développement personnel profond en Serbie et au-delà.
Je suis Débora Gionotto et je suis très heureuse de faire partie des pionniers qui introduisent la Logosynthèse® au Brésil. En tant que psychanalyste, j’intègre la Logosynthèse® dans ma pratique clinique, notamment auprès de clients confrontés à l’anxiété, à la détresse émotionnelle et à des schémas récurrents. J’ai déjà pu constater dans ma pratique le potentiel transformateur de cette approche.
Mon objectif est de faire connaître la Logosynthèse® et de la rendre de plus en plus accessible au Brésil, tout en préservant la profondeur, l’éthique et la qualité du modèle, et de créer des possibilités d’ateliers et de formations de base dans différentes régions du pays.
Je crois que lorsque nous travaillons sur nous-mêmes et que nous guérissons ce qui a besoin de l’être, nous devenons plus conscients et notre énergie intérieure change. Cela peut avoir une influence positive sur les personnes qui nous entourent.
C’est l’une des raisons pour lesquelles j’aime tellement ce travail : il ne s’agit pas seulement de nous guérir nous-mêmes, mais aussi de nous transformer et de devenir plus conscients. Et à mesure que notre conscience s’élargit, nous pouvons aider les autres à élargir la leur.
Je suis Alan Rojas Yacolca, thérapeute intégratif basé à Lima, au Pérou, et j’accompagne des clients en Amérique et en Europe. La Logosynthèse® est devenue un élément central de ma pratique : elle permet un soulagement rapide et un changement profond, avec facilité, tant dans ma propre vie que dans mon travail avec mes clients.
En tant que fondateur et directeur de l’Andes Institute, je propose des webinaires, des programmes et un parcours complet de formation entièrement fondé sur le modèle. Mon objectif est de faire du Pérou le premier parcours de formation en espagnol en Logosynthèse®, et d’ouvrir ainsi la porte aux professionnels hispanophones de toute l’Amérique latine afin qu’ils puissent découvrir et apprendre la Logosynthèse®.
En octobre, je franchirai une étape concrète sur ce chemin : je co-animerai le séminaire de base avec Shanda, dans le cadre de mon parcours vers la certification de Formateur LIA.
C’est un véritable privilège et un honneur de contribuer au développement de la Logosynthèse® dans le monde hispanophone, car cela correspond à ma mission la plus profonde : je suis ici pour guérir et grandir.
Et j’ai compris que la meilleure façon de servir cette mission est de former d’autres professionnels, thérapeutes, conseillers et coaches, qui pourront à leur tour toucher beaucoup plus de personnes que je ne pourrais jamais le faire seul.

Au nom de la Logosynthesis® International Association, nous adressons nos sincères remerciements à Alan Rojas Yacolca, de Lima, au Pérou, pour son engagement en tant que Chair of Local Organizations et membre du Board of Trustees.
Alan a assumé cette fonction en 2023, à un moment important dans l’évolution de la gouvernance de la LIA. Son mandat a coïncidé avec les premières étapes de mise en place du niveau de gouvernance anglophone du Board of Trustees, établi parallèlement au Board of Directors germanophone qui guidait l’Association depuis sa création en 2014. Par sa manière dynamique, bienveillante et profondément personnelle de créer des liens avec les personnes, Alan a contribué à façonner cette fonction et ce qu’elle pouvait apporter à une communauté internationale en pleine croissance.
En tant que Chair of Local Organizations, Alan a apporté son énergie, son sens du lien et un engagement sincère en faveur du développement des communautés de la Logosynthèse® dans le monde entier. Il a soutenu les organisations locales établies aux Pays-Bas, en Italie et au Royaume-Uni, tout en contribuant à la création et au développement de nouveaux Chapitres dynamiques en Serbie et en France.
Ce travail va bien au-delà des structures organisationnelles. Les organisations locales créent des occasions pour les praticiens et les membres de se rencontrer, d’apprendre, de partager leurs expériences et d’introduire la Logosynthèse® dans leurs propres communautés. Alan avait également compris l’importance des liens internationaux. Il y a sept ans, il a participé à la co-création du Logosynthesis® Day, qui est devenu depuis un rendez-vous annuel permettant à notre communauté internationale de se retrouver.
Nous sommes reconnaissants à Alan pour le temps, la réflexion, les encouragements et le leadership qu’il a consacrés à la LIA au cours des trois dernières années. Sa contribution a contribué à renforcer les liens entre l’Association internationale et les personnes qui font vivre la Logosynthèse® dans leurs propres pays et communautés.
Nous souhaitons à Alan beaucoup de succès dans la poursuite de ses études professionnelles et nous nous réjouissons de continuer à bénéficier de sa contribution et de ses liens avec nous tous.

Invitation à s’impliquer ! Postes au sein du Board of Directors de la LIA
Alors que la LIA continue de grandir et de se développer en tant que communauté internationale, nous recherchons des membres qui souhaitent mettre leur expérience, leurs idées et leur énergie au service du Board of Directors de la LIA.
Nous avons actuellement deux possibilités :
Social Media Chair
Contribuer à renforcer la présence de la LIA et ses liens avec l’ensemble de notre communauté grâce aux réseaux sociaux et à la communication numérique.
Events Chair
Contribuer au développement et à la coordination d’événements qui réunissent notre communauté internationale, notamment autour de l’apprentissage, des échanges et du partage de la Logosynthèse®.
Les deux fonctions sont des postes germanophones au sein du Board of Directors. L’anglais et/ou d’autres langues constituent un atout, notamment compte tenu de la dimension internationale de la LIA et de notre communauté multilingue.
Vous pouvez en apprendre davantage sur les responsabilités et les possibilités offertes par chaque fonction dans le lien.
Peut-être que l’une de ces fonctions vous interpelle – ou peut-être avez-vous une autre idée de la manière dont vous pourriez contribuer à la vision et au développement de la LIA. Obligations d’étiquetage concernant l’IA à partir du 2 août 2026
L’article 50 du règlement européen sur l’intelligence artificielle (EU AI Act) devient applicable le 2 août 2026. Il introduit de nouvelles exigences de transparence pour certains contenus créés ou substantiellement modifiés à l’aide de l’intelligence artificielle. Ces exigences concernent également les professionnels de la Logosynthèse® qui utilisent l’IA dans leur communication professionnelle, leur publicité ou leurs supports de formation.
L’étiquetage est particulièrement pertinent lorsque des images, vidéos ou enregistrements audio générés ou modifiés par l’IA paraissent réalistes et pourraient être pris pour de vraies personnes, de vrais lieux, événements ou situations. Parmi les exemples :
• des images réalistes de clients ou de séances
• des vidéos de témoignages générées par l’IA
• des scénarios de formation ou de séminaire créés artificiellement
• des enregistrements audio ou vidéo substantiellement modifiés
Les représentations clairement symboliques ou illustratives, les graphiques abstraits, les icônes reconnaissables, les simples corrections orthographiques et l’optimisation technique des images ne sont généralement pas soumis à ces obligations d’étiquetage.
Les textes générés par l’IA peuvent également devoir être étiquetés s’ils informent le public sur des questions d’intérêt général. La publicité, les descriptions de cours et les contenus de divertissement ne sont généralement pas concernés. Pour les textes explicatifs à caractère professionnel, il est toutefois recommandé d’évaluer attentivement si un étiquetage est nécessaire.
Comment étiqueter correctement les contenus ?
La mention doit être immédiatement reconnaissable. Les formulations courantes comprennent :
« Généré par l’IA »
« Créé avec l’IA »
« Modifié par l’IA »
Pour les images, il est préférable de placer la mention directement dans l’image. Pour les vidéos, elle devrait apparaître au début et, pour les formats plus longs, peut devoir être répétée pendant la vidéo. Pour les contenus audio, la mention doit être audible.
En principe, il n’existe pas d’obligation d’étiquetage rétroactif pour les contenus plus anciens. Selon le support, c’est la date de création du contenu qui est déterminante et, pour les textes, également leur date de publication.
Il est important de noter que l’étiquetage lié à l’IA ne remplace pas la nécessité d’évaluer les droits d’auteur, les droits de la personnalité, les exigences en matière de protection des données ou les réglementations professionnelles. Une attention particulière reste nécessaire lors de l’utilisation de témoignages ou de la représentation de clients.

L’impact à l’échelle mondiale naît du partage de notre expertise professionnelle et de nos expériences personnelles avec d’autres personnes qui s’intéressent aux possibilités offertes par la Logosynthèse®. Chacun et chacune d’entre nous peut apporter une contribution précieuse en participant à la 7e célébration annuelle du modèle. Nous ne savons pas toujours qui nous touchons ni où notre impact se fait sentir. Pourtant, grâce aux présentations en direct en ligne (également disponibles sous forme d’enregistrements YouTube), nous ne sommes pas une voix isolée, mais un champ collectif et soutenu.

La visione della LIA sta prendendo forma: una comunità globale vivace, in cui le persone possono esprimere il proprio potenziale, vivere la propria missione e creare un impatto significativo – insieme.
Al centro di questa visione c’è la nostra comunità globale – e voi, i nostri membri. Collegandoci gli uni con gli altri, condividendo ciò che sappiamo e creando opportunità per contribuire, possiamo crescere e prosperare insieme.
La nostra infrastruttura digitale svolge un ruolo importante nel sostenere questa comunità internazionale in crescita. Quest’anno abbiamo iniziato a riprogettare il sito web della LIA per riflettere la nuova identità del nostro marchio. E mentre esploravamo diverse proposte, è emersa un’opportunità interessante:
“Esplorare ciò che potrebbe diventare il nostro LIA Village – e andare oltre l’idea di un semplice sito web.“4

LIA diventa internazionale
Logosynthesis® sta raggiungendo un numero sempre maggiore di Paesi e comunità in tutto il mondo. Dietro questa crescita ci sono persone che prendono l’iniziativa di introdurre e sviluppare il modello a livello locale. Qui, tre pionieri condividono la loro visione e il loro percorso.
Sono Uros Rajakovic, psicoterapeuta in Serbia e in cammino verso il titolo di Master Practitioner in Logosynthesis®. Introdurre Logosynthesis® nella nostra regione è stato un percorso profondamente trasformativo, reso possibile dal prezioso sostegno, dal mentoring e dalla supervisione che abbiamo ricevuto da trainer internazionali nell’ultimo decennio. Il mio lavoro e la crescita della nostra comunità locale sarebbero impensabili senza i miei entusiasti colleghi, il cui impegno condiviso e sostegno tra pari alimentano il nostro lavoro quotidiano.
Insieme abbiamo creato una base accogliente che offre ai clienti un modo delicato, strutturato ed efficace per lavorare con il trauma e recuperare la propria energia vitale. Il mio obiettivo è continuare ad ampliare questa rete di sostegno in tutta la regione attraverso workshop, affiancamento nei seminari e certificazione dei practitioner. In definitiva, immaginiamo Logosynthesis® come un approccio ampiamente riconosciuto per la guarigione olistica e una profonda crescita personale in Serbia e oltre.
Sono Débora Gionotto e sono molto felice di essere tra i pionieri che stanno portando Logosynthesis® in Brasile. In qualità di psicoanalista, integro Logosynthesis® nel mio lavoro clinico, in particolare con clienti che affrontano ansia, sofferenza emotiva e schemi ricorrenti. Ho già potuto sperimentare nella pratica il suo potenziale trasformativo.
Il mio obiettivo è far conoscere Logosynthesis® sempre di più in Brasile e renderlo accessibile a un numero crescente di persone, preservando al tempo stesso la profondità, l’etica e la qualità del modello, e creando opportunità per workshop e formazioni di base in diverse regioni del Paese.
Credo che quando lavoriamo su noi stessi e guariamo ciò che ha bisogno di essere guarito, diventiamo più consapevoli e la nostra energia interiore cambia. Questo può avere un’influenza positiva sulle persone che ci circondano.
Questo è uno dei motivi per cui amo questo lavoro: non riguarda soltanto la guarigione personale, ma anche la trasformazione e la crescita della nostra consapevolezza. E man mano che la nostra consapevolezza si amplia, possiamo aiutare anche gli altri ad ampliare la propria.
Sono Alan Rojas Yacolca, terapeuta integrativo con sede a Lima, in Perù, e lavoro con clienti in America e in Europa. Logosynthesis® è diventato centrale nel mio modo di lavorare: offre sollievo rapido e cambiamenti profondi, e lo fa in modo naturale e senza sforzo, sia nella mia vita personale sia nel lavoro con i clienti.
Come fondatore e direttore dell’Andes Institute, propongo webinar, programmi e un percorso formativo completo basato interamente sul modello, con l’obiettivo di fare del Perù il primo percorso di formazione in lingua spagnola per Logosynthesis® e aprire la porta ai professionisti di lingua spagnola in tutta l’America Latina, affinché possano scoprire e apprendere Logosynthesis®.
Questo ottobre compirò un passo concreto in questa direzione: co-condurrò il Basic Seminar insieme a Shanda, come parte del mio percorso verso la certificazione come LIA Trainer.
È un vero privilegio e un onore contribuire alla diffusione di Logosynthesis® nel mondo di lingua spagnola, perché questo è in sintonia con la mia missione più profonda: sono qui per guarire e crescere.
E ho compreso che il modo più significativo per servire questa missione è formare altri professionisti, terapeuti, counsellor e coach, che a loro volta potranno raggiungere molte più persone di quante io potrei mai raggiungerne da solo.

Alan ha assunto questo incarico nel 2023, in un momento importante nello sviluppo della governance della LIA. Il suo mandato ha coinciso con le prime fasi dello sviluppo del livello di governance anglofono del Board of Trustees, istituito parallelamente al Board of Directors di lingua tedesca che guidava l’Association sin dalla sua fondazione nel 2014. Con il suo modo vivace, compassionevole e profondamente personale di entrare in relazione con le persone, Alan ha contribuito a dare forma al ruolo e a ciò che esso poteva apportare a una comunità internazionale in crescita.
Come Chair of Local Organizations, Alan ha portato energia, connessione e un autentico impegno nel sostenere lo sviluppo delle comunità di Logosynthesis® in tutto il mondo. Ha sostenuto le organizzazioni locali già attive nei Paesi Bassi, in Italia e nel Regno Unito, contribuendo allo stesso tempo alla formazione e allo sviluppo di nuovi Chapters vivaci in Serbia e Francia.
Questo lavoro riguarda molto più delle strutture organizzative. Le organizzazioni locali creano opportunità per operatori e membri di incontrarsi, imparare, condividere esperienze e portare Logosynthesis® nelle proprie comunità. Alan ha compreso anche l’importanza dei collegamenti internazionali. Sette anni fa ha partecipato alla co-creazione del Logosynthesis® Day, che oggi è diventato un appuntamento annuale per la nostra comunità internazionale.
Siamo grati ad Alan per il tempo, la riflessione, l’incoraggiamento e la leadership che ha dedicato alla LIA negli ultimi tre anni. Il suo contributo ha aiutato a rafforzare i legami tra l’Associazione internazionale e le persone che danno vita a Logosynthesis® nei loro Paesi e nelle loro comunità.

Obblighi di etichettatura per i contenuti generati dall’IA dal 2 agosto 2026
L’articolo 50 dell’EU AI Act diventerà applicabile il 2 agosto 2026. Introduce nuovi requisiti di trasparenza per determinati contenuti creati o sostanzialmente modificati utilizzando l’intelligenza artificiale. Questi requisiti riguardano anche i professionisti di Logosynthesis® che utilizzano l’IA per la propria comunicazione professionale, pubblicità o materiali formativi.
L’etichettatura è particolarmente rilevante quando immagini, video o registrazioni audio generati o modificati dall’IA appaiono realistici e potrebbero essere scambiati per persone, luoghi, eventi o situazioni reali. Alcuni esempi:
• immagini realistiche di clienti o sessioni
• video-testimonianze generate dall’IA
• scenari di formazione o seminari creati artificialmente
• registrazioni audio o video sostanzialmente modificate
Le rappresentazioni chiaramente simboliche o illustrative, le grafiche astratte, le icone riconoscibili, le semplici correzioni ortografiche e l’ottimizzazione tecnica delle immagini generalmente non sono soggette agli obblighi di etichettatura.
Anche i testi generati dall’IA possono richiedere un’etichettatura se informano il pubblico su questioni di interesse pubblico. La pubblicità, le descrizioni dei corsi e i contenuti di intrattenimento generalmente non rientrano in questa categoria. Per i testi esplicativi di carattere professionale, tuttavia, è consigliabile valutare attentamente se l’etichettatura sia necessaria.
Come devono essere etichettati correttamente i contenuti?
L’avviso deve essere immediatamente riconoscibile. Formulazioni comuni includono:
“Generato dall’IA”
“Creato con l’IA”
“Modificato dall’IA”
Per le immagini, è preferibile inserire l’avviso direttamente nell’immagine. Per i video, dovrebbe comparire all’inizio e, nei formati più lunghi, potrebbe essere necessario ripeterlo durante il video. Per i contenuti audio, l’avviso deve essere udibile.
In linea di principio, non esiste un obbligo di etichettatura retroattiva per i contenuti più vecchi. A seconda del mezzo, è rilevante la data in cui il contenuto è stato creato e, per i testi, anche la data di pubblicazione.
È importante notare che l’etichettatura relativa all’IA non sostituisce la necessità di valutare il diritto d’autore, i diritti della personalità, i requisiti in materia di protezione dei dati o le normative professionali. È comunque necessaria particolare attenzione quando si utilizzano testimonianze o si rappresentano clienti.
