Zertifizierungskommission

Was ist dir dabei besonders wichtig?

Certification Commission

As already announced in the last NewsFlash, Esther Borra, who was a founding member of the LIA , handed over her position to Doris Grubenmann at the AGM in February. We would like to acknowledge Esther Borra’s contribution to the LIA during this time. We would also like to introduce you to Doris Grubenmann.

Interview with Esther Borra:

Dear Esther, you were a founding member of the LIA board: please tell us something about the initial phase of the LIA?

E.Borra 2017Willem declared in a conversation that the system of Logosynthesis was grad-ually exceeding the capacity of a single person, somehow it needed a larger vessel. I knew that my partner Ernst Aebi had already done this kind of work. Willem travelled to Zurich on December 18, 2013, and so it began.

You were responsible for certification at the LIA: what exactly were your tasks and what did you enjoy most about this work?

The LIA was given permission to take over the Practitioner Curriculum. Since then, the marking of the Practitioner papers has been carried out under their supervision. I found reading the papers very exciting, including what the candidates write about themselves and the other backgrounds they have. I will continue to be available for this work for the Certification Commission, while my successor Doris Grubenmann will take over the coordination. Later we developed the Master Practitioner Training in Logosynthesis and we will soon be able to hold the first Conference.

What was one of the most important moments in your time at the LIA for you?

I found the Instructor Conference fascinating. It was wonderful to train new instructors and to feel the commitment and professionalism of the previous ones.

What was special for you about participating in the LIA and what do you take with you personally from this time?

What was special in each case was how, after different inputs from our zoom and physical meetings, we were able to unravel and advance the whole of the LIA, so that we could gradually transfer the organisation from a pioneer phase to a consolidation phase.

You put your heart and soul into the LIA. What will you get from having more time and  pace available in the future?

I will have more time for my individual consulting practice and in my role as an LIA trainer and mentor. I wish the LIA continued success in bringing Willem’s wonderful development of Logosynthesis into the world and to guarantee the quality of the training and the structure and to let countless people benefit from it.

Dear Esther, thank you very much for the interview. We wish you all the best and look forward to many more opportunities to meet with you.

Interview with Doris Grubenmann:

And here now the interview with Doris Grubenmann for you:
Doris, what is your professional context and how did you get to know Logosynthesis?

DorisAfter a three-year excursion into medicine, I studied psychology and pedagogy at the University of Zurich and soon knew that I wanted to become a psychotherapist. I trained as a Gestalt therapist and have now been working as a psychotherapist for almost 30 years, currently accompanied by my therapy dog Zorro. In addition to Gestalt Therapy, I continued my education in Idiolectic Conversation, Constellation Work, Breathing Therapy, Energy Psychological Methods and Spiritual Hypnotherapy. I have been working at Arthur Findlay College in Stansted for many years on spiritual topics such as sensitivity, mediality, spiritual healing and questions about essence. I have been passing on my knowledge and experience to psychotherapists for over 20 years as a trainer, teaching therapist and supervisor. In addition to my psychotherapeutic work, working in the private sector is another mainstay of my work. 10 years ago, I co-founded the Kissenpfennig Group, which aims to develop the personality of managers. At Steve Wells’ seminar on Advanced Energy Methods a few years ago, I got to know Logosynthesis, which immediately captivated me and has not let go since.

What is so special about Logosynthesis for you?

Logosynthesis fits perfectly into my therapeutic approach. On the one hand, it is a therapeutic method that deals with human life energy and its blockages and on the other hand it pursues an overriding goal, of the spiritual development of the human being. The preoccupation with spiritual topics became a major concern for me very early on in my career as a psychotherapist and coach. Since February you have been responsible for certification at the LIA.

What isparticularly important to you?

It is important to me that future professionals, who want to accompany other people with Logosynthesis in coaching or psychotherapy, have experienced Logosynthesis in a wellfounded way and that they have reflected on their practical experience with Logosynthesis as part of their final thesis. As the person responsible for the certification, it is my vision that Logosynthesis will be practiced worldwide at a high level of quality and thus receive the recognition it deserves. I am looking forward to working with the trainers, instructors and exam candidates from many countries.

Can you give us an example from your work with Logosynthesis?

Probably the most challenging example for the application of Logosynthesis for me was my own self-coaching with Logosynthesis in the context of coping with a life crisis: Being allowed to accompany a disabled child with a very rare genetic defect was on the one hand an enormous enrichment and on the other hand an enormous crisis of meaning for me for many years. The belief that I was only lovable and accepted in society as a high performer and model mother required countless rounds of Logosynthesis.

Thank you Doris for your openness in this interview.
Dear LIA member, we wish you continued success with all your projects.

Intervista a Esther Borra

Intervista a Doris Grubenmann

Cosa ti sta
particolarmente a cuore?
