Neue LIA Instructors
Am 8. & 9. Februar 2019 hat in Bad Ragaz das Instructor Meeting stattgefunden. Insgesamt wurden 15 neue Instructors zertifiziert. HERZLICHEN GLÜCKWUNSCH und viel Erfolg bei all euren Vorhaben, Logosynthese in die Welt zu tragen.
Parallel konnten die bereits zertifizierten Instructors Ihre persönliche Marketing- Strategie entwickeln und haben die Zeit intensiv für sich genutzt. Es gab schon viele kreative Rückmeldungen – die Energie fliesst.
LIA Generalversammlung
Abends fand die GV statt. Hierüber habt ihr bereits einen extra NewsFlash erhalten. Im Anschluss haben wir gemeinsam den Tag bei einem Apéro ausklingen lassen. Danke an Luzia Graf Lammers für die köstliche Versorgung. Und auch hier gab es wieder viel Raum, sich auszutauschen und gemeinsame Projektideen zu entwickeln.
Instructoren Meeting
Am 2. Tag hat Willem eine Live-Einführung in Zoom angeboten und seine Erfahrungen mit allen Anwesenden geteilt. Aufkommende Fragen konnten geklärt werden und die Livedemonstration war mehr als hilfreich. Es gab Raum zum Experimentieren und Erproben. Im Anschluss haben sich insgesamt 7 Gruppen gebildet, die zu unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten und Fragestellungen gearbeitet haben: „Logosynthese in der Erziehung“, „Logosynthese und Stress“, „Logosynthese im Business-Kontext“ oder zu „Logosynthese in Zeiten des Umbruchs und Wandels“ sind einige Beispiele. Auch an übergreifenden unternehmerischen Themen wie DSGVO, Marketing und allgemein organisatorischen und auch didaktischen Fragestellungen wurde gearbeitet.
Eine Kurzpräsentation mit den Ergebnissen aus den Gruppen hat den Tag abgerundet. Einige Gruppen werden noch weiter arbeiten und ihre Ergebnisse den LIA-Mitgliedern zur Verfügung stellen. Wir möchten uns sehr herzlich im Voraus für euren Einsatz bedanken. Alles, was Einzelne oder Gruppen erarbeiten und mit der LIA teilen, können wir allen LIA Mitgliedern zur Verfügung stellen und uns weiter gegenseitig unterstützen. Wenn du auch Interesse hast, die LIA zu unterstützen oder erstmal beobachten möchtet, wie der Helferpool funktioniert, dann melde dich gerne bei mir. Auch wenige Stunden sind ein hilfreicher Beitrag. Ausblick:
Verwendet gerne das LIA-Logo auch auf eurer Website – es ist ein Gütesiegel und steht für Qualität eurer Ausbildung in Logosynthese. Verlinke deine Seite mit der LIA-Website und zeige auch dadurch, dass Logosynthese mehr ist. Für die Sicherstellung dieser Qualität hat sich seit der Gründung der LIA Esther Borra verdient gemacht. Es ist wirklich anerkennenswert, was hier durch dieses ehrenamtliche Engagement
aufgebaut wurde. Doris Grubenmann wird nun die Nachfolge antreten. Wir werden also den nächsten NewsFlash diesen beiden wunderbaren Frauen widmen. Ein riesen Dankeschön vorab für alles, was an Herzblut in die LIA geflossen ist und noch fliessen wird. Wenn du dieses Jahr nicht dabei sein konntest, dann wird es dich sicherlich freuen zu hören, dass wir dich bereits heute für den 4.3.2020 zu einem nächsten Instructors Meeting einladen. Im Anschluss findet dann wieder die GV statt. Es wird auch wieder die Möglichkeit geben, dass du dich online zuschalten kannst. Auch hier gibt es Ideen, dass die LIA noch internationaler gelebt werden kann. Mehr dazu demnächst.

New LIA Instructors
On 8 & 9 February 2019 the Instructor Meeting took place in Bad Ragaz over two
days. A total of 15 new instructors were certified. We wish all of you the very best of luck with all of your plans to bring Logosynthesis into the world.
During the meeting the certified instructors were able to develop their personal marketing strategy and use the time productively for themselves. There has already been a lot of creative feedback – so the energy is flowing.
LIA General Assembly
The general assembly took place in the evening (you will have already received an extra
NewsFlash about this. The day ended with everyone coming together for an aperitif, with special thanks to Luzia Graf Lammers for the delicious food. This created even more space to exchange ideas and develop joint project ideas.
Instructor Meeting
On the second day Willem offered a live introduction to Zoom and shared his experiences with using it with everyone present. Questions enabled things to be clarified and the accompanying live demonstration was very helpful. There was also room for
experimentation and testing it out. As an outcome of the group discussion, a total of 7 topics were decided on, each with different focal points and questions: “Logosynthesis in Education”, “Logosynthesis and Stress”, “Logosynthesis in Business Context” or “Logosynthesis in Times of Change” are just some examples. Also discussion was held about sharing business topics such as data protection basic regulation, marketing and other general organisational and didactical questions. A short presentation with the results from each group rounded off the day. Some groups will continue to work together and share their work with the LIA members. We would like to thank all the Instructors very much, in advance for their commitment. Everything that individuals or groups develop and share with the LIA will be made available to all LIA members and we will continue to support each other. Since the foundation of LIA, Esther Borra, has rendered outstanding services to ensure this level of quality. It is truly commendable what has been built through her time as a volunteer. Doris Grubenmann will now succeed her. We will dedicate the next NewsFlash to these two wonderful women. A huge thank you in advance for all the heart and soul that has already flowed into the LIA and will continue to do so. If you couldn’t be there this year, you will be pleased to hear that the next date for the Instructors meeting (in German) will be on 4.3.2020, followed by the GV afterwards. There will also be the possibility for you to connect online again so that the LIA can operate even more internationally. More about this soon. Nouveaux Instructeurs LIA
Du 8 au 9 février 2019 s’est déroulée le Instructor Meeting à Bad Ragaz. Au total 15 nouveaux instructeurs ont été certifiés. Toutes nos félicitations et nous vous souhaitons
beaucoup de succès avec tous vos projets pour propager la Logosynthèse au monde entier.
En même temps les instructeurs déjà certifiés ont pu développer leur stratégie de marketing personnelle et ils ont utilisé le temps de manière intensive pour eux-mêmes. Il y a déjà eu beaucoup de retours créatifs – l’énergie circule.
L’assemblée générale
L’assemblée générale a eu lieu le soir. Vous avez déjà reçu un NewsFlash à ce sujet. Ensuite nous avons terminé la journée avec un apéritif. Un grand merci à Luzia Graf Lammers pour la restauration délicieuse. Et là encore, il y avait beaucoup d’espace pour s’échanger et développer des idées de projets communs.
Instructor Meeting
Le deuxième jour Willem a offert une introduction en direct à Zoom et a partagé ses expériences avec le groupe. Des questions ont pu être clarifiées et la démonstration en direct a été très utile. Il y avait également de la place pour expérimenter et tester. Par la suite sept groupes se sont formés qui ont travaillé sur différents points focaux et qui ont discutées différents questions: Per exemple “Logosynthèse dans l’éducation”, “Logosynthèse et le stress”, “Logosynthèse dans le contexte des affaires” ou “Logosynthèse en période de changement”. D’autres sujets globaux tels que la nouvelle réglementation européenne sur la protection des données, le marketing et des questions d’organisation générales et didactiques ont également pu être travaillé. Une brève présentation avec les résultats des groupes a clôturé la journée. Certains groupes continueront à travailler et vont mettre leurs résultats à la disposition des membres de la LIA. Nous les remercions d’avance pour leur engagement. Tout ce que des individus ou des groupes développent et partagent avec la LIA, nous pouvons le mettre à la disposition de tous les membres de la LIA et continuer ainsi à nous soutenir mutuellement. C’est vraiment louable ce qui a été construit grâce à son bénévolat. Doris Grubenmann va lui succéder. Nous dédierons donc le prochain NewsFlash à ces deux femmes merveilleuses. Un grand merci à l’avance pour tout le coeur et l’âme qui ont afflué dans la LIA et qui continueront à le faire. Si vous n’avez pas pu participer cette année, vous serez certainement heureux d’apprendre que nous vous invitons pour le 4.3.2020 à une prochaine réunion des instructeurs. Ensuite l’assemblée générale aura lieu à nouveau. Vous aurez également la possibilité de vous connecter et participer en ligne. Nuovi Istruttori LIA
l’8 e 9 febbraio 2019 si è svolta a Bad Ragaz la riunione di due giorni per gli istruttori.
In totale sono stati certificati 15 nuovi istruttori. Auguriamo a tutti voi i migliori auguri per i vostri progetti per portare la Logosintesi nel mondo.
Durante l’incontro gli istruttori certificati sono stati in grado di sviluppare la loro personale strategia di marketing e di utilizzare il tempo in modo produttivo per se stessi. C’è già stato un sacco di feedback creativo – quindi l’energia sta scorrendo.
Assemblea generale
L’assemblea generale si è svolta in serata (hai già ricevuto un’ulteriore NewsFlash su questo argomento.). La giornata si è conclusa con un aperitivo, con un ringraziamento
speciale a Luzia Graf Lammers per il cibo delizioso. Questo ha creato ancora più spazio per lo scambio di idee e sviluppare idee progettuali comuni. Il secondo giorno Willem ha presentato dal vivo Zoom e ha condiviso le sue esperienze di utilizzo con tutti i presenti. Le domande hanno permesso di chiarire le cose e la dimostrazione dal vivo di accompagnamento è stata molto utile. C’è stato anche spazio per le prove e la sperimentazione. Come risultato della discussione di gruppo, sono stati decisi un totale di 7 argomenti, ognuno con punti focali e domande diverse: “Logosintesi nell’educazione”, “Logosintesi e lo stress”, “Logosintesi nel contesto economico” o “Logosintesi in tempi di cambiamento” sono solo alcuni esempi. Si è discusso anche della condivisione di argomenti di business come la normativa di base sulla protezione dei dati, il marketing e altre questioni organizzative e didattiche generali. Una breve presentazione con i risultati di ciascun gruppo ha completato la giornata. Alcuni gruppi continueranno a lavorare insieme e a condividere il loro lavoro con i soci della LIA. Ringraziamo tutti gli Istruttori per il loro impegno. Tutto ciò che singoli o gruppi sviluppano e condividono con la LIA sarà messo a disposizione di tutti i soci della LIA e continueremo a sostenerci a vicenda.
